Copyright) (Received Feb. 16, 3.55 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 15 Mr Winston Churchill, in congratulating the crew of H.M.S. Exeter, said: “If the great shades of the sea dogs of olden times brooded over the scene as the ship entered the harbour the crew of the Exeter are entitled to say, ‘We have not forgotten the lessons you taught.’ ”
