EAST SCHOOL
ACTIVITIES RESUMED CONTRACT WORK INCOMPLETE Taking the view that the work of the school could no longer be handicapped, the Hamilton East School i Committee has decided to have all activities resumed at the school, deI spite the fact that the contractor’s work of tar-sealing the yards has ; not been completed. Unfavourable | weather has prevented the com- | pletion of the work, but the committee has decided that lessons could i not be suspended indefinitely on this : account. Because of the delay in finishing the yards, the school lost one whole day and five half-days’ schooling, while the primers lost an additional three days.
