Prices were in buyers’ favour, being- considerably below rates ruling- In the Waikato. Very good four-year ew« mad*- 24s Gd, this figure being paid ror an excellent tine from Mr W. S. Park; tlrst-class i and r.-v.ar ewe. made m 3d to 20* -id. good 0-vear-olds Iss « d to 20s. Fairly go<*d --tooths sold at 26* 6d to 30s Gd. medium sort-* 2- to 2-' s 6d. undersized 2 tooths -.'us ud to 2 is. mixed age ewes :air quality* 20s to i*:u Od, second-class 5-year ewes 1-* $d p, im, good 6-year ewe* 13s to in*. Inferior ewes sold at 7* Gd to to*, while 2 tooth Down-cross made 13s 3d to 14s.
