AT SYDNEY THEATRE In reporting the first night of “Love on the Dole,” at the Minerva Theatre, the woman writer of the Sydney Sun says:— Mrs George Edwards, wife of the stage producer, wore a white beaded gown. One of her guests was Miss Betty Welch (formerly of Hamilton), who chose a long-sleeved Tunis blue frock featuring a monk’s hood of the same material beaded in blue. In the same party was Mrs Randall Welch (Miss Welch’s aunt), who was frock - ed in a gown of novelty romaine in Molyneux blue.
