IMPOSITION BY RUMANIA GERMANY’S GREATEST NEEDS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 12, 11 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Feb. 11 Rumania has imposed an export tax on the products which Germany most needs—namely a 13 per cent ad valorem duty on crude oil and all derivatives, and 10 to 25 per cent on vegetable oil, oil productive seeds and plants and cereals except wheat and maize.
