SUICIDE VERDICT
FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES (By Telcgrai.il--!'(»== *wiciat!an) DUNEDIN, Monday A verdict of death by coal gas poisoning, self administered while in a distressed state of mind, was returned at the inquest into the death of Francis Bernard Francis, land agent, who was found dead in his office. Correspondence found in his possession showed he was in financial difficulties and was pressed tor money.
