SUPREME COURT
NO SITTING TO-DAY ALL JURYMEN DISCHARGED Owing to the settlement out of court of an action which was set down for hearing by the judge and a jury this morning, no sitting of the Supreme Court was held to-day. All the jury actions which were to be heard at this session having been settled or adjourned, and the jurymen have been discharged. Mr Justice Blair will return tonight from Auckland, where he is engaged on chamber matters, and will be engaged on court business in Hamilton to-morrow.
