GUNS FOR FINLAND

Copyright) (Received Feb. 10, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 President Roosevelt told the press conference that he doubted if the United States will sell guns directly to Finland because she is engaged in an armed conflict. He confirmed that a White House conference in December discussed the sale of surplus supplies.
