GERMAN SHIPS SAIL CONVOY SUGGESTED ;United Press Assn.—dec. Tel. Copyright) RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 8 The German motor-ship Konigsberg, of 6466 tons, has sailed from Belem (Para, Brazil) with 2000-tons of rubber and an unusually heavy supply of fuel oil. The port authorities at Rio believe she may be forming a convoy with the La Coruna, of 7414 tons, which sailed from Rio yesterday, and the Wolfsburg, of 6201 tons, which left Pernambuco, Brazil, on February 3, in an attempt to run the blockade.
