CANADIANS ARRIVE
THIRD CONTINGENT RED INDIANS INCLUDED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 9, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 8 The third contingent of Canadians arrived eX _a west coast port and were greeted by cheering crowds. The voyage was without incident. Members of the contingent listening to the radio during the voyage across the Atlantic under naval escort were amused to hear a Zeesen (German) broadcast claim that one of the troopships in the convoy had been sunk. The contingent includes a sniper unit of full-blooded Indians, also a number of men trained under the Empire air training scheme.
