ON MANNERHEIM LINE EXPLOSIVE BULLETS USED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 9, 3.15 p.m.) HELSINKI, Feb. 8 Despite the eight days of failures, the Russians are again attacking the Mannerheim Line to-day, apparently determined to secure Summa, which is reported to be a mass of ruins from shelling. It is officially stated that the Russians have used explosive machinegun bullets in a certain locality in Southern Finland. M.T.C. Whitty
