I COMMITTEE S ACTIVITIES i (Orr.cial Wireless) ; RUGBY. Feb. 7 There were 30 neutral ships in the British contraband control bases on February 6. Of these, 21 had been there five days or less. In the week ended February 3 the Contraband Committee considered the cargoes of 1 114 ships which had arrived since January 28 and 22 from the previous week. The entire cargoes were released in 90 cases. Sixty-three cases were dealt with under the system of supplying advance copies of manifests, and in 52 of these cases the vessels were re- , leased subject to formal checking of J the original manifests.
