FRENCH ADVANCE THREAT TO GERMANS , edited Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 24 It is revealed that the French work of consolidation has enabled heavy artillery to be hauled up to advanced positions, says a 8.8. C. broadcast.
