No other Cabinet changes were made. General Argesanu, who Is 56, is a former War Minister. He is regarded as one of Rumania’s best soldiers. The new Cabinet passed a resolution reaffirming Rumania’s strict neutrality. The Government has proclaimed a state of emergency and the police have begun nation-wide raids on suspected members of the Iron Guard, which has been officially declared responsible for the assassination of the Prime Minister.
