BRITAIN CHARGED DOMINATION OF WIRELESS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 23, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 22 A German wireless announces that Britain cut the German trans-Atlantic cable five days after the outbreak of war, repeating the tactics of 1914. It declared that Germany was not worried if Britain were afraid of spreading the truth, because Germany would reach the world while it dominates the ether.
