PACT WITH RUSSIA LIKELY ATTITUDE TO THE ALLIES (Otficlal Wireless) (Received Sept. 23, 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, 6ept. 22 The Istanbul correspondent of the American Press states that authoritative sources express the opinion that Turkey will conclude a mutual assistance pact with Russia, which, however, will complement Turkey’s agreements with Britain and France and might even be used to achieve the reconciliation of Russia with Britain and France.
