Dear Peter Pan, —I haven’t written a letter to you for a long time. A rew weeks ago 1 went to the Hunt and what a sight they were coming over the hill. In the holidays I went out to Arapuni and I had a good time. Since I wrote to you I have joined up in the Iron-side Troop or boy Scouts I have passed my Tenderroot Test and I am going for my Second Class Test At Scouts we do patrol work and then have games such as hockey, soccer, punchball, crows and cranes, clear the decks, etc. The names or the patrols are Owls, Pigeons, Hawks and Till. I am in the Tui Patrol, which is just a new patrol and is just being built. My rather has set three pairs or budgies and one bird is sitting on six eggs. 1 am
