LIGHT-WEIGHT TITLE ARMSTRONG-AMBERS BOUT THREAT OF CONTROVERSY (United Press. Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, August 22 An attendance of 50,000 and a gate of 150,000 dollars is anticipated for the return bout betwen Henry Armstrong and Lou Ambers for the world's light-weight boxing title at the Yankee Stadium, New York, tomorrow. Armstrong is a five to nine favourite. Much controversy is threatened should Ambers win, because Ambers is also at the weight for the welterweight title, which is held by Armstrong. Ambers’ supporters say that he is within his rights to claim both titles. Armstrong has announced that he plans to enter the middle-weight class, his ambition being to hold four world titles, namely the feather, light, middle and welter, and then surrender them.
