ASSAULT VICTIMS
ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL (By Telegraph.—Press Association) HASTINGS, Tuesday The victim of the armed hold-up and assault in Hastings last week, Mr A. A. Wilson, suffered a relapse yesterday and was admitted to the Napier Public Hospital. As the result of an X-ray examination it was learned that although Mr Wilson’s condition was not serious he will be an inmate of the hospital for at least three weeks. In a violent attack by two young men Mr Wilson received numerous blows on the head, necessitating a number of stitches . He resumed work the next day, continuing his duties until yesterday. His alleged assailants were arrested last Thursday, and the Lower Court hearing was set down for Thursday.
