Traffic. Charges Withdrawn Following a ruling given by Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court, Hamilton, recently to the effect that ail information from a local body could not be sworn before an officer of that body, Traffic Inspector G. G. Winter; employed by Die Waikato County Council, applied in the court to-day for the withdrawal of five traffic charges which were effected by i the ruling.
