Mr H. H. Hicks, of Turua, Hauraki Plains, is in Hamilton.

Mr W. S. Goosman, M.P. for Waikato, left last night for Wellington.

Mr W. C. Kennedy, chairman of the Piako County Council, is in Hamilton.

Mr C. W. Parfitt, chairman of the 'Hauraki Plains County Council, and Mr E. H. Mahoney, clerk, are in (Hamilton.

Dr. R. C. Gillie, of London, who has been supplying for some months at St. David’s Presbyterian Church. Auckland, was a visitor to Hamilton yesterday.

Mr A. Gordon, chairman of the South Auckland Division of the National Party, will leave tonight for Wellington, where he will attend a meeting of the Dominion Council.

Mr Justice Blair, who has been presiding over the Supreme Court, Hamilton, during the latter part of the quarterly session which concluded yesterday, left for Wellington lasfi night. His Honour travelled south on the limited express.

Bishop B. T. Badley, of the Methodist Church of America, arrived in Auckland yesterday on his way back to Delhi, where he has been stationed for 20 years. He lias been attending a conference in the United States of representatives of the three main branches of American Methodism, now united in a single church.
