PURCHASES BY GERMANY PROVISIONS OF NEW AGREEMENT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Te!. Copyright) PRETORIA. August 19 A new agreement between South Africa and Germany to be in force from September, 1939, for one year, provides that Germany will purchase £6.355.000 worth of South African products, including £3.700.000 worth oi wool.
