ARRIVALS AT FRANKTON LIMITED AGAIN DELAYED Although trains are able to negotiate the whole of the affected part of the Main Trunk line, reduced speeds are necessary, with the result that trains arriving at Frankton Junction yesterday and this morning were again late. A few of the 320 passengers went on to the city in motor-cars, but the majority who remained with the train were conveyed to their homes by special trams and taxis from the station. arrangements having been made for these by the Railway Department.
