Mrs Graham Mac Diarmid, Putaruru. left Lyttelton last week by the Port •airy for an extended visit to England and Europe. Miss Eileen Carr, Auckland, has returned after spending the week-end in Hamilton. Mrs John Wynne-Jones, Napier, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs H. E. Gaze, has returned to her home. Miss Shirley Curtis, a schoolgirl golfer from New Plymouth, on a low handicap, is visiting Hamilton for the tournament. Miss A. Atkinson, of the Fairfield School staff, is spending the school vacation at her home at Auckland. Mrs R. G. Rainger, Auckland, Mrs G. M. Wilson, Auckland, and Mrs Hayward, Whakatane, are staying at the Hamilton Hotel during the golf tournament. Rotorua visitors to Hamilton for the South Auckland ladies’ open provincial golf championship tournament to commence tomorrow include Mrs E. L. Barker, Mrs La Trobe Hill, Mrs S. Hay, Mrs Costello, Mrs Hitchcock and Miss H. M. Dannefaerd. Mrs Ross Nelson, Whangarei, is visiting Mrs N. Rawlings, Hamilton. Mrs H. V. Marshall, Eltham, and Mrs Turner, Eltham, are visitors to Hamilton for the golf tournament. Miss Molly Perry, Auckland, is spending the holidays with her mother, Mrs N. Perry, bruntwood. Mrs S.
