SHIP HARD AGROUND
COROMANDEL MIBHAP The Northern Steamship Company’s motor vessel Clansman which struck Colville Reef, off the Coromandel Peninsula on Thursday morning and was beached at Cabbage Bay, is still hard aground. Difficulty has been experienced in refloating the vessel, and her cargo is to he transferred to the Toa, which has been despatched to the Clansman * assistance.
