DESTRUCTIVE FIRE
FEED AND IMPLEMENTS LOST ARR-EST MADE SUBSEQUENTLY (Special to Times) ROTORUA, Monday A destructive fire occurred "on Saturday afternoon. It destroyed a hay barn, containing several tons of fodder, and implement shed of Mr W. Hardcastle. who at present is overseas, on the. old Taupo road. Hay presses, ploughs. mowers and fertiliser machines were burned, but two tractors were saved. * The police made an arrest yesterday afternoon in connection with the outbreak.
