RECORD ENTRIES (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Saturday There were record entries for the opening of the North Island championship field and water trials at Lower IFutt to-day, 37 dogs competing, which is a record for the North Island and possibly for New Zealand. Results: Puppy field trial: F. Ealess, 74 points, i; J. W. Curtin, 73, 2; G. C. Mayo, 62. 3. Limit field trial: M. A. Rawlings, 87 points, 1; A. Marker, 76, 2; E. Hall, 73, 3.
