PERMISSION GIVEN
FIJIAN RUGBY TOUR SEVEN MATCHES PROBABLE (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday Cabled advice having been received lrom the Fijian Rugby Union that the Government would permit a Fijian team going on tour from August 27 to September 21, the New Zealand Rugby Union's executive held a special meeting to-day to consider the new development. It was decided to recommend lo the New Zealand Rugby Union Council that the tour be accepted. It was stated that the team would be able to play about seven matches in New Zealand.
