Copyright) (Received June 16, 3.15 p.m.) TIENTSIN, June 15 The- Japanese News Agency quotes the Foreign Office spokesman as saying that the days of foreign Concessions in China are numbered. Tientsin is the first objective in the establishment of a new order in China, and Shanghai is the most important immediate consideration.
