YOUTH FINED
DRINKING IN HOTEL WARRANT FOR ARREST Appearing in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, to-day under arrest for failing to appear as a witness when summoned last week, Keith Leslie Sparkes, of Cambridge, was convicted and discharged for the offence by Mr S. L. Paterson. S.M., and was fined 10s on each of three
charges relating to the purchase of liquor from a hotel in Hamilton, being a person under the age of 21. Jonathan Hutchison 19), a miner, of Pukemiro, was convicted and fined £1 and costs for aiding and abettingin the sale of liquor to a person apparently under the age of 2 1.
