, PROMOTION OF GOODWILL INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlrbt) LONDON, April 18 New feature programmes devoted to international understanding are announced by the British Broadcasting Corporation. The intention is to break down the barriers of language and custom which separate peoples by emphasising everyday things which unite them, as well as ideals and problems common to them all.
