FAREWELL PARTY
FOR MRS E. H. DICKEY The home of Mrs J. F. Grlflln. Whyte Street, was gaily decorated with autumn-tinted llowers, when she and Mrs H. McCoskrie, gave a cocktail party to Mrs E. 11. Dickey prior to her departure for Dunedin. The evening was spent in games
and competitions, a token of remembrance, a crystal candlestick, being j presented to Mrs Dickey. Mrs Griffin wore a frock of mulberry ■ taffeta, Mrs McCoskrie, floral ge org- j ette and the guest-of-the-evening a j smart gown of prunella cloque. Those present were : —Mesdames A. R. Dalton, K. Stockman, M. Smith, J. A. Fowke, H. B. Luxford, W. E. j Dwyer, E. Gorlieson, J. Brooks, J. Prescott, E. Whiting, M. Morris, M. Buokland, B. Walker, .Misses M. # R., and K. Whiting and B. Dwyer.
