There is a principle involved. The householders have a right to demand that the services for which they pay shall be rendered, and if a contractor neglects to carry out his covenant, hit contract should be determined. If it it not possible to carry out the eondiUone te eel down, then those conditions should lie amended and fresh tenders called.
