(To the Editor) Sir, —A letter by “Soldler'a Daughter” in your columns laat night provided food for thought. But what would she have said had she been at a lecture by Mr Scott Bennett in the Winter * Show Hall, held under the auspices of the Rationalist Association, when he aaid that •mob psychology was led by such dongs as the .National Anthem,” which he referred to as a monstrosity. He also made sneering reference to the Lnion Jack, under whose protection he is living.—j am, etc., BRITISHER. Hamilton. April 5.
