MORRIWBVILLE VALUES Messrs D&lgetv and Company, Limited, report having held their usual weekly sale at Morrinsville on Friday. A medium yarding of cattle came forward prices being on a par with recent sales. Light Jersey bullocks made £8 12s to £9 7s 6d; prime fat Jersey cows, £5 17s 6d to £6 12s 6d; medium, £5 5s to £5 16s; heavy boners, £3 19s to £4 18s; medium, £2 17s 6d to £3 17s; light, £1 10s to £2 15s; heavy potter bulls, £7 Is to £9 2s; others, up to £6 15s. A good yarding of pigs sold readily at late rates. Heavy made £3 9s to £3 13s; medium, to 5s to £3 8s; heavy porkers, £2 13s to £2 18s; medium, £2 i's to £2 12s; light, 37s to £2 !».. The advertised sheep on account of Mr L. H. Larner came forward in good condition and met a good sale, the 840 2-tooth ewes making 26s lOd. Top line of 96 ewe lambs, shorn, made 19s Bd, 93 at 18s, and 155 at 15s; best shorn Romney ewe lambs, 18s to 19s 8d; medium, 14s to 15s; small, 8s 6d to 9s; best shorn wether lambs, 13s 9d to 16s lOd; medium, 8s 6d to 10s 9d; small, 4s to 6s 6d; good 2-tooth ewes, 25s to 26s 10d; medium, 24s Id to 24s 3d; 4 and 6-tooth ewes, 22s 6d to 22s 8d; 4-year ewes, 19s 8d; cull ewes, ex North. 8s to 9s Bd. MOKAUITI RATEB Messrs Abraham and Williams, Limited, report having held the first sale of the season at Mokauiti. The advertised entry of sheep came forward, the bulk of the entry consisting of lambs. Bidding was dull but a good clearance was effected at rates on a par with late rates. Quotations: 5 and 6-year ewes made 19s; 4-tooth wethers, to 15s; good Romney wether lambs, 11s to 12s sd; medium ewe lambs, 15s Id; small sorts, 7s Id to 11s 6d; cull lambs, 4s 6d to ss. TE KUITI YARDINQB ? Messrs Abraham and Williams, Limited, report on their Te Kuiti sale as follows: —A medium yarding of sheep again came forward, the bulk of the entry consisting of lambs. Some good pens were yarded and competition was good with prices Is 6d above the previous sale. A line of fat and forward Romney wether lambs sold in conjunction with Messrs Dalgety and Company on account of Mr F. H. Mills made 13s sd, while Messrs Andrews and Son, of Rangitoto, for A good quality line realised 13s la, Down lambs were in demand and were firm at late rates.
