PRIVILEGED WORKERS
SUPER-GROUP IN RUSSIA "HERO OF SOCIALIST LABOUR” (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) MOSCOW, Dec. 29 In an attempt to stimulate industrial output the Government has created the title "Hero of Socialist Labour,” which will rank with "Hero of Ihe Socialist Union.” The new award entitles the holder to a stipend, money premiums, housing and a motor-car. It is intended to create a super-group of privileged workers.
