CAR OVER BANK
MISHAP AT CAMBRIDGE GIRL’S HEAD INJURIES (Special to Times) CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday Minor scalp injuries were suffered by Miss Violet Westbury (16), daughter of Mr William Westbury, of Mangapiko Street. Te Awamutu, a passenger in a sedan car driven by Mr Thomas Allen Redpath, of Glen Alton, when the ear ran over the blind end of Queen Street. Cambridge, last evening and overturned down a 20ft. bank. The driver escaped with minor injuries but Miss Westbury was taken to the Waikato Hospital in a Cambridge ambulance. The car was badly damaged.
Miss Westbury's condition is not serious, according to advice received from the hospital to-day.
