AIR ACCIDENTS
PERMANENT COURT OF INQUIRY TO BE CREATED IN AUSTRALIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Dec. 13, 1 p.m.) Melbourne, Dec. 13 Mr Thorbv announced that the Federal Government has decided to create a permanent air court of inquiry, similar in mosl respects to the Marine Court. It will be presided over by the police or a stipendiary magistrate.
