TE KUITI RATES Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having held their usual sale at Te Kuiti on Friday, when a small yarding of sheep and cattle were offered to an attendance of local buyers. For hoggels the competition was good and bidding was exceptionally keen on a pen of well-grown ewe lambs. The small entry of cattle sold at late rates. Good wether hoggets made 18s sd: medium. 15s id to 13s I0d; small. 9s: best ewe hoggets. 28s 7d: good 6-year-old ewes, r.w.. S.D. rani»>. 235: aged ewes.' low conditioned. 7s 6.1; forward condition Jersey cows, £3 to t'3 Ids; small I*.A. steer calves. £2 3s: small P.A. heifer calves. £ I 16s: we!) grown Jersey heifer calves, £3 2s; good Jersey cow in milk, ii 7.
