June 11 President Roosevelt lias ordered a comprehensive stud> of European wheat supplies and needs in the hope of finding an outlet for part of the huge United States surplus being produced. The President conferred with Mr Henry \. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture. An Assistant Secretary of State. Mr Francis B. Sajre, has been entrusted with the quest for foreign market*.
