CHARGE OF ASSAULT
SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT DUNEDIN, Thursday In the Supreme Court, John Edward McElroy, acquitted yesterday on a manslaughter charge, was sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment for assaulting Constable Butler.
