Copyright SYDNEY, Jan. 27 Another heat of the 18-footers' sailing race for the championship of the world was sailed 10-day on the harbour, some boats having to shelter during the heavy storm. Taree (N.S.W.), won from the Queensland boat Aberdare. with the New Zealander Irina third. Taree, with 510 points, in spite of the fact that there is another heat on Saturday, cannot be beaten by Aber-. dare, which has 254 points. Thus Taree wins the championship. Irina has 78 points. The other New Zealanders finished well, in the rear, Riptide making the best showing.
