TeL CopyrlgM HONOLULU, Jan. 26 Pan American Airways’ China Clipper was forced back to Honolulu as the result of mechanical trouble experienced when two hours out ea route to Midway Island. A message from Rome states that the newspapers are ecstatic over the Italian bombers' transatlantic flight, to which some journals devote a whole page. Signor Mussolini telegraphed Colonel Biseo, the leader of the flight, stating: “You have shown the world once again the power of Fascist wings.” It should be mentioned that the three machines are fitted with British Bristol Pegasus engines.
