SUCCESSFUL NURSES.
EXAMINATION RESULTS. TWO PASS WITH HONOURS. Nurses from institutions under the control of the Waikato Hospital Board who sat for the State nursing examinations in June last acquitted themselves well, two, Nurse M. M. Harrisson, of Waikato Hospital, and Nurse Ovens, of Rotorua Hospital, passing with honours, the former in the general nursing examination, the latter in the maternity examination. Twelve sat for the general examination, stated a report received from the malron of Waikato Hospital, Miss D. Menzies, at yesterday’s meeting of the board, and of that number 10 passed, while the 10 nurses from Waikato Hospital ancl the seven from Rotorua Hospital who sat for the maternity examination all passed. In the general examination, states the matron, four candidates in all passed with honours. The awards will he presented to the •successful nurses at the Waikato Hospital next Tuesday.
