A message from Tokio says the Domei News Agency reports renewed fighting at Nankow and that the Japanese captured the railway station. An inspired Domei Agency message explains that the naval measures have been taken In consequence of the murder of Lieutenant Ohyama. satisfaction for the shooting of Lieutenant Ohyama, is demanding an apology; a guarantee that there will be no recurrence; punishment of the Chinese guards who lired on tlie Japanese; compensation; and the withdrawal of the Chinese Public Safety Corps from the Shanghai area.
