BRITAIN AND IRELAND.
ULSTER’S POINT OF VIEW. PRIME MINISTER FOR ENGLAND. LONDON. May 2. The Sunday Dispatch states that the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, Viscount Cralgavon, is expected to call on the British Prime Minister, Mr Baldwin, shortly to discuss Ulster’s point of view in connection wi.th Mr de Valera's claim to an all-Ireland Constitution. It Vs thought in Belfast that Britain cannot ignore Mr de Valera's ttotlon in that connection.
It is anticipated that the British law officers will consider the aspects of the situation in regard to the AngloIrish treaty.
