The Sunday Dispatch states that the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, Viscount Cralgavon, is expected to call on the British Prime Minister, Mr Baldwin, shortly to discuss Ulster’s point of view in connection wi.th Mr de Valera's claim to an all-Ireland Constitution.
