MISSIONARY SAFE.
NEWS FROM ABYSSINIA. MR ALLEN SMITH REPORTED. According to reports received in New* Zealand by members of the Sudan Interior Mission, Mr Allen Smith, who was at first feared to have perished with Mr Clifford Mitchell, who was killed by Sidamo natives in Abyssinia, is now safe.
It is believed that he is in Kenya Colony. Mr Smith is well known in the Waikato.
