Parker, Napier will shortly ho provided with a iiamlsome addition to the scheme of improvements under which Ihe Marice Parade foreshore is being developed. On behalf ol' the citizens of Napier, Mr O. i». Morse has accepted a gill of y louo from Mr Parker for the installation of an electric founlain. which will be ihe largest in New Zealand and one of the few of its kind to be found in the world.
