Cow and heifer beef was yarded in larger numbers, the entry comprising a lair proportion of \\'cll-llnished cows and heifers, for whlrh the demand was particularly keen, values being on :1 [NW with Frunkton quotations. Boner eows sold readily, there being no appreciable variation in prices. Sheep: An average .\urding of fat shrcp. The quality on the whole was very good and large stores sold under keen competition at advanced rutrs. Dairy Cattle: There was an average yarding or dairy cattle, comIprising mostly nice quality heifers .cloee to pruiit, which sold under brisk competition.
