BRIDGE AFTERNOON.
HAMILTON CROQUET CLUB. The Hamilton Crwuet Club held the first of a series of bridge parties lor the olub's funds recently. The lounge of the Centreway Rooms was decorated with autumn foliage and Iceland poppies. The prize-win-ners were Mesdames Brough. Ramsay and E. M. Masters. Those present were : —Mesdames G. E. Wilkes, D. Marshall, M. Green, Carbon, E. M. Masters, A. E. Savage, Bagley, Ramsay. Brough, Middleton, Carroll, Amesbury, V. Crowhurst, Muir, Hobbs, Lowe, J. Smith, M. Gall, Irvine, Perham, Worth, Denz, Weath•rley and G. Bagley.
